FAQ
How does it work?
Upload your photo, select a service, and pay securely via Stripe. Your assets are generated and delivered on screen and to your email within a minute.
Do I need an account?
No. No sign-ups, no logins, no passwords. Each transaction is standalone.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are stored for up to 48 hours after processing, then permanently removed — both your uploads and the generated assets. Nothing is kept beyond that.
What file types can I upload?
JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Most phone photos and camera exports work straight away.
Which service should I choose?
Use Empty Room Staging for vacant, unfurnished rooms. Use Declutter & Restage for rooms that already have furniture you want replaced. Use Refresh & Rebrand for existing property photos that need cleaning up.
Why do I get 3 variations?
Staging services generate 3 distinct style options so you can pick the one that best suits your listing and target market.
Do I need to disclose that images are digitally staged or enhanced?
Yes — if you use staged or enhanced images in a listing, we recommend noting this in your marketing copy (e.g. "images are digitally staged" or "photo has been digitally enhanced"). This is standard practice in Australian real estate and consistent with obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and state-based conduct rules. Your principal or compliance officer can advise on the exact wording for your market.

Is GST included?
Yes. All prices are in AUD and include GST. A tax invoice is automatically emailed to you after payment.
